Method

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods strictly related to the stated purposes.

Place

Data is processed at the Controller's offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. User's Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the User's own.

Retention period

Unless otherwise specified, Personal Data is processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected and may be retained longer due to legal obligations or based on User consent.

User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to enforcement requests, protect its rights and interests, detect fraudulent activity, and for the following purposes: platform and hosting services; statistics; management of exploratory call bookings.

Lovable (Lovable AB)

Lovable is the hosting and deployment platform used to publish and run this website.
Personal Data processed: usage data; device information; technical logs.
Place of processing: European Union / United States — transfer, where applicable, takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.

Statistics

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited that uses cookies and device identifiers to collect aggregated data on site usage. The service is configured in Consent Mode v2 with IP anonymisation and is loaded only after the User's consent.

Call booking

Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited)

Exploratory call bookings are handled through Google Calendar's booking functionality. Data entered by the User (name, email, notes) is collected by Google and shared with the Controller to organise the meeting.
Place of processing: Ireland / United States — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

User rights (GDPR)

Within the limits set by law, the User has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time;
• object to the processing of their Data;
• access their Data;
• verify and request rectification;
• obtain restriction of processing;
• obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data;
• receive their Data or have it transferred to another controller;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante).
